Among other things, he coordinates work processes, creates duty rosters and optimises production in the company. In view of technical basics, he defines quality standards and documents their fulfilment after comprehensive checks. In addition, our plant manager checks the work processes with regard to safety regulations and environmental requirements. Furthermore, he is involved in the selection of production materials and their procurement.
