Our Corporate mission - why do we exist?
The qdc® is a service company founded in 2017 specializing in consulting, training seminars and conducting workshops for Management systems, as well as implementing the methods and techniques in the production and service sector. Thereby, the services are subdivided into the following topics:
- Quality Management
- Safety & Health Management
- Data Protection and Information Security Management
- Development
These domains, the qdc® Academy operates on over regional basis, with its headquarters in Chemnitz, Saxony – on the foot of the Erzgebirge Mountain Region. An important role in this business sector is the networking. The qdc® is interested in developing and stabilizing this network, as well as in expanding and maintaining fruitful cooperation. The core of our mission is to help our network partners (customers) achieve their goals, by advising and training them and their employees for the prosperous future at the highest level. Our customer’s success is always our main goal.
Our future goals - how do we envision our future?
We want to continue to grow as a dynamic, competent, and trustworthy provider of high-quality and practical consulting and training services. Our primary goal is to continuously optimize our services, tailoring them to the individual needs of companies and the participants. Scientific and technical progress, as well as modern procedures are the basis for our orientation.
Our values - what is important to us in the company?
As the most important mission, the employees of qdc® believe in high customer’s satisfaction. Based on our basic conviction, we strive to meet our customers‘ individual needs. The success of the cooperation between qdc® and the customers is reflected in two levels. On one hand it is the overall satisfaction of the client, in all projects. On the other hand, it is the high-quality working together with the participants, which determines the final success of the qdc®.
Another important as well as the main component of a successful company is without doubt the TEAM. So, it is self-explanatory that a high level of employee satisfaction serves as the basis for success. Every single employee can
contribute his or her potential to the operational and strategic development of projects and courses of action. But trustworthy cooperation is not only important n the daily business. Outside of work, too, the participants can enjoy each other’s company by spending recreational time together, as biking tours in the nearby Erzgebirge Mountains.
In order to strengthen the future markets, the team with its partners develop strategic plans of action to consolidate the leading position in the regional and over regional locations.
